View Full Version : Coming Home!
My first Cichlids, first hour in the tank... Archocentrus Sajica T-Bar Cichlid, many times mistaken for the Blue-Eyed Cichlid (I made the same mistake). They look good together, don't they?
Any advice on their care based on experience is welcome... I have read about everything in the web about them.

congradulations, nice fish they look good together.
Thanks! They seem to get along very well. They swim together constantly. She likes the pot and keeps going in and inviting him to come in with her...I may have fry soon! (I read that sajicas can be pretty precocious-they are related to the Convicts, but a lot more peaceful.)
My water had a lot of sand suspended in it when I took the photo, so it really doesn't show them well...I will post more later. Feeding them New Life Spectrum Discus Formula,as it was recommended at the LFS. Is this the best?
