I have set up my new 75g this morning with 50lbs. crushed coral and 30lbs. live aragonite sand. My question is that I purchased 75lbs. live rock that is cured from local saltwater fish store, I have it in a 50g tank with protein skimmer and powerhead, when should I add it to my tank, immediately or wait and how long?

You should have test kits and watch the cycle.
That way you'll no when its safe to add to the tank.
Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate.

If you are sure that you have cured live rock, then put it in now - that's how you will cycle the tank. When I set up my reef tank 4 years ago, with good quality, cured live rock and live sand, it virtually "instant cycled"...I had no spikes in my readings! Lay out your live rock so that you will have good circulation with no dead spots.

I agree. If you don't have any livestock in the tank, then you should put the liverock in, it's part of cycling.
