One of my Mickey Mouse Platies started acting weird recently. It's hanging out at the very bottom of the tank, and didn't eat when I fed my fish earlier. I've also noticed that it's slightly discolored and has a little red spot on top of its head. Any ideas of what this could be and how I could fix it? I don't want to lose it.

None of those really seem to be it. The only thing that seems remotley close is Trynoplasma...but the fish isn't swimming strangely. So I'm stumped.
Maybe Red Streaks? Maybe not...keep your eyes peeled for more syptoms...maybe someone with more experience than me could come up with something.
Today I looked at him when I got home from school and his tail is beat up and torn looking. Along with being faded and loss of appetite. 
If any one fish is sick they are often picked on by other fish. What else can you say about the tank and the other fish?
