Hello everyone.
I am looking at making my own lighting fixture and have a question about interpreting wattages. I've looked at some of the compact flourescent bulbs and have seen them with 2 listings, such uses 15 watts but the equivalent of 60 watts. For the purpose of lighting aquariums and plant growth should I consider the actual wattage used or what it is equivalent to? Thanks.
