Protozin - Confused

On the bottle it says use normal dosage with internal power filters. On the leaflet it says use half dose unless you have undergravel filtration.
Anyone know what dose they actually want you to use, I have a Juwel 260 aquarium with built in power fileter.
 
We don't have Waterlife's Protozin in the U.S.A. Does it have methylene blue in it? What are the other ingredients?

Here, methylene blue is only used to counter possible Saprolegnia infection of unhatched eggs. It is diluted out before they hatch, since it's stressful to fry.

Is this against protozoan skin parasites? Are you afraid of knocking back the bacterial filtration?
