I've seen them at my LFS maybe 2-3 times in the past year. They are also huge compared to tank breed angels. The last ones they had were about 9" from top to bottom. You can call them they may be able to track some down for you 800-822-2654.
You could also try this site. He doesn't sell them, but he may know where to get them.

Both of those sites are pretty cheap for wilds. When they do show up at LFS around here they are usually around $50 each. Good luck finding them.

Thanks all. I found some off a place offline and they are about baseball size with out the fins, but I have to buy in lots of 15. I might get some.
