what is the salinaty of brackish water?
Brackish water covers the whole range of mixtures of freshwater and sea water, so in theory anything between the two conditions is brackish, In practice in the hobby, specific gravity from about 1.003 through 1.018 are used. The density chosen depends on the fish to be kept and their maturity.
