i was hoping someone could take the time to go through the aquarium abbrevations being used on the forum.. im having a real hard time following what you guys are talking about.... :huh:
sps corals etc

Some of the common abbreviations:
FO = Fish Only
FOWLR = Fish only w/ Live Rock
LFS = local fish store
SPS = small-polyped stoney coral
LPS = large-polyped stoney coral
SG = specific gravity
Any others you've come across?

here are a few:
gsp: green star polyps
gsm: gold stripe moroon clownfish
cbs:" coral banded shrimp
ccs: chocolate chip starfish
sfl: snowflake eel
and thats some more to help you out. if you are any more that you are not sure of, let us knjow and someone will fill you in

NSW - maybe new salt water? haha i have no idea!

RO = reverse osmosis
RO/DI = reverse osmosis / deionize(d/r)
TDS = total dissolved solids
ASW = artificial sea water
NSW = natural sea water
