Maybe relocate it... this seems like something better for a vet to handle. I know it sounds wierd but this is actually what fish stores do when they have a lot of diseased fish( rather than loosing a lot of money along with the livestock). it will probably cost a lot of money but rather than making it worse by DIY'ing it or doing nothing and letting the fish die. however thee may be nothing you or anyone else could(becouse fish bones are made of carilidge)

Do you have any close ups of the Lion itself? What are you feeding the Lion? Sometimes when they go for too large of prey they will lock their jaw. The majority of the time they will unlock it themselves. It is hard with lions (to fix anything) as they are venomous so just beware the spines. I don't know a vet would help but you could try! Anyway hope this helps and good luck!

sorry cant really get a picture , it only eats blood worm and brime shrimp at the moment because he is very small , its the bottom half of the jaw that is out of line its just kinda pushed over to one side but closed, so only half of his mouth is shut,

i have seen him 2 or 3 times now racing round the tank and shaking his head really hard, i presume trying to get it back in line , Vets wouldnt do anything.

Well today wil be the second day of not eating

I wouldn't worry too much yet, Lions can go for weeks in the wild without food. You might want to feed him higher nutrition feeds. When I kept Lions I would go the local grocery store (generally Safeway) and get some fresh or cooked shrimp from the seafood and just cut them into small foods and feed them to the lion. Anyway hope this helps and good luck. Oh and WELCOME to Aquaria Central!
