hey all,
i was thinking of biulding this,

i want to do a heavily planted 3 foot tank with 3 female guppies ( which i can put in my 20 gal just until they are pregnent then put them back in to the 3 footer) about 10 cardinal tetras and about 10 neon tetras,(which should get along with the guppy fry) and 6 pepperd corys.
the idea is to have a relly heavily planted tank with some java moss that minnesotagal is posting me, som amazon sword grass, heaps of alliminium and heaps of water wisteria with a large peice of termite hollowed out wood that i found out in the bush.
anyways, the question is, if i build this= http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/diy_co2.php , will it affect the fish at all?
thanks

I can't read this in green. Can you edit and change the color back to black, please.

It can effect the fish if you get your CO2 levels up too high.

CO2 levels in DIY are generally lower than with pressurized. If it becomes an issue you can drive off some of the CO2 with an airstone.

Personally I'd look into a less obtrusive reactor design. That one seems a little ugly and not especially efficient.

And the green is too hard to read.

Roan, you can highlight the text by dragging your cursor over it - much easier to read that way.

Still, we shouldn't have to go out of our way to read a post that someone made hard to read rather deliberately.
