Algae

I Guys

I've had about every algae you can think of this is what i did,
Got a phos reactor, bought new lights 2x power glo 30w 1x marine glo 30w
i have a FO, i havn't add supplements for about 3 weeks No3 5-7Mg Phos 0

the algae was going away now all of a sudden i have a bright green algae growing on my glass sliders and really hard green cicles on my glass ????

4ft tank 50cm H 270L 28kg LR
Lighting Not impresive (as Above)
Red Sea Prizm
Filter Built in (Wet Dry).
13 months old.

The guy i got the tank from had more algae than anything else, i've finally got most of it gone. just this new flare
