This is for the baseball fans.
Is the DH a good idea or not?
I personally feel that both leagues should be the same, one way or the other.
Of course, the inter-league games make the hitting pitchers like Marquis, Williams and Zambrono a bit more of an asset than the AL pitchers.

on the one hand, if they are on the field, they should bat. On the other hand, the game is to slow anyway, so they should have a DH. I think the real solution is to just watch hockey. :dance2:

I hate the DH! Lets managers off to easy. Just look at us in Philly and our genius Charlie M. The guy doesnt even know how to use the double switch yet.

The DH is one of the dumbest things ever and that's coming from a Red Sox fan (Our DH is one of the two best hitters on the team). I wish it didn't exist.
The only positive is that the DH rule has kept some great players in the game a little longer by sparing them field activity.

Dh is a crock of **** to give players that can hit but can't field a place to play. Its not only for old veterans so they can play longer. Some teams use guys in their 20s as DH.
I'm not a fan of the DH but if 1 league has it then both should or visa versa.

I don't consider a game with a DH to even be a real baseball game.
DH's may be O.K. for Hockey but not baseball where it matters :D :D
