for the live rock? not quite following your question here. For live rock you can get by with the lights that came with your tank. is it going to be a FOWLR (fish only with live rock) or a reef setup down the road?

its going to be a FOWLR, but i plan on adding anemones down the road. So would I need special lighting for the anemones?
