well the male and female krib are brightly coloured and the female bends her body and the male shakes back to her and them female will go to the cave and the male will follow, but will not enter the cave and she doesnt frighten him off? she has been staying in the cave quite a while but will come out and then go back in are they breeding?

Sounds like they already did :) Can you see into the cave? Eggs will be stuck to the top. Look for frees swimming fry about 6-7 days after she started spending alot of time in the cave, and be ready with live BBS. Frozen can work too, but you will not have as much growth or as high a survival rate. Good Luck,

Ohh how bigs the tank? The female can get very aggressive toward the male and even kill him in a small tank once fry go free swimming. After several days she will usually start to allow him around the brood a little more.
