help just moved/ water change ???

I just moved and I was wondering , I had my lfs move my reef tank but I moved the rest and set them back up and with my puffer tank which has 1 ceylon puffer and 2 archers and a gsp I was wondering if to bring the salt level back up in the tank which is a 29 gal if its safe to just refill with r/o salt water I get from the lfs. I'd say I have to add at least 1 to 1/2 gals a week. This is what was suggested to me but I just wanted to check and get some imput from the site and as always thanx for the free advice Dave E

You can partially fill the tank with freshwater, and then gradually add the salt water. To get to a salinity of about 1.015, you'll use roughly 50/50...Diluting the salt water will work fine, but you'll have to go slowly so as to not shock the fish (if the fish are in there now--if not, you can just play around with it until it's the right salinity).
