There is a bunch of spiky looking things coming off the top of this pleco's head...I have never seen one like this before.

I think it actually might be a Medusa Pleco, they have that interesting pattern of bristles on their head whereas the brists have it everywhere. Hope this helps and good luck!
Medusas have much more triangular heads. I'd also go with a common bristlenose pleco. A better picture would help to tell for sure.
