how many times should i feed each tank each day?

Tank 1: 10g

3 zebra danios
2 Dwarf Gouramis
2 Black Phantom tetras
2 cherry tetras
1 very small algae eater
3 (I think) ghost shrimp
--I have been feeding this tank 2 or 3 times a day and it (flake food or bloodworms) is gone within minutes each time.

Tank 2: 10g

4 neon tetras
2 yellow twinbar platies
1 common Pl*co
2 or 3 ghost shrimp
--I feed this one once, sometimes twice a day. These fish aren't as aggressive eaters as the other tank.

The food container says feed several times daily, but does that mean 2 or 3 times?

I would feed them once, maybe twice a day, skipping a day or two throughout the week.

Yes, you must remember, its all a conspiracy. The food container says 2-3 times a day for two reasons.

1. To make you run out of food more so you have to buy more.
2. To kill your fish so you have to buy more from their allies.

On the other hand, the breeders breed the fish so they eat less food and die when fed to much. They also breed them so they always seem to want more food.

The filter manufacturers design new filters to not suck up food.

The tank manufactures are going to make their new tanks out of graham crackers.

Im crazy now gj.

I feed my fish twice daily - just don't overfeed them. No more food than what can be eaten in 5 minutes.

For newbies (although I don't tyhink you are) - I always suggest one or two flakes per fish max to start with til you get a handle on their feeding habits
