2.5" Senegal Bichir baby- can I put this Bichir with AD Frogs?

I'd really like to get some, but I'm not sure of the result. I haven't
been able to find any info at all on this.

Any true experiences other than just read experiences? Ann?

The Bichir is in a 29G tank with a small pictus cat, and 2 leopard leaf fish.

Thanks!

Love this little guy he's so cute!

Might be fine for a month or 2 but he will become food for the birchir and the leaf fish.

You probably already know this but you'll also need a bigger tank once the birchir and Leaf fish start growing.

Frogs would be part of the natural diet in the wild remember even the smallest species of bichir reach 10-12 inches.
and if you have a pim pictus you have a potentialy leathal problem since they have
dorsal and pectorl spines if the bichir went after it it could be lethal to both -Anne

Regardless of the birchir, the frog won't work with the pictus.

So my vote is you should avoid getting a frog.

Check out the frog article in my signature if you haven't done so yet:)

i have a bichir and he dosent bother the frogs...the only fish i have that bothers the frogs is the panchax killi..bites onto his leg quite funny...put some ghost shrimp in there to keep the bichir happy

this is what happened to a small pond frog when it met my bichir. he wasted no time at all to bite and is only 3" long. voracious yes.
