What kind of albino pleco is this?

So, I was told these were albino plecos by two workers at the LFS, but another worker said that they're bristlenoses. They all said that they would only get to be about 4 inches. And they sold the parents of my fish to a local guy who breeds them, so I think that the guy who said the are bristlenoses was wrong because he's newer there...

However, a user in another online community said they might be rubber-lipped plecos.

Here are some pictures...

What do you think they are?

You can get an idea about how big the pleco is by comparing it to the thermometer and gravel. If that is a 4" pleco each piece of gravel would be about an 1/2-1". I would guess the pleco is 1 1/2" to 2".

Good catch w/ the thermometer. At that size, if it has no bristles what so ever, I would say female. If it has a few small ones, it may end up being a male.
