i have 1 siamese algae eater, and 1 golden loach, i do not seem to have any algae in my tank, possibly due to all my plants, will they starve, or will they be ok

should be fine. If you are worried, feed with algae wafers.

Most loaches require a meaty diet. He will starve to death if you are planning to leave him in a tank un-fed.
Sinking wafers or pellets, along with frozen blood worms and/or brine shrimp, and a quality flake food should keep your loach healthy.
