Found this as my star polyps were opening today... I like the star polyps! They show initiative and inventiveness!

lol I never thought of it that way. But I to have admit. I also admire the GSP for their courage.
 
Well, this is one of the recommended ways to fight a serious bubble algae outbreak. Any encrusting coral will do, as it won't give the bubble algae a place to grow on the rock. And after a little while it will kill it as bubble algae needs light to grow.

Of course, manual removal is still king in ridding your system of this stuff...
