i have two blood parrot for almost 6 months now they have not grown an inch since i got them all my other fish have grown but them

your fish are hybrids and as such, are often found with anomolies related to their genetics. too, fish can become stunted if maintained in tanks which are too small. what size tank are these fish in? what size are the fish right now.
Stunting is more closly related to water quality issues, but tanks not suited for that type of fish(being too small) also play a part in stunting the fish. Like liv2padl said as well, Blood Parrots are a hybrid fish, so some may or may not reach the suggested size.
the 55, CLEAN water (Zero ammonia and nitrite and 10 ppm or less nitrate) and two meals a day based on quality, nutritious food will do your fish alot of good. will it grow? it may already be stunted and too late but you never know.
