Fancy Guppy Beat To Hell! Will he live?

Hi guys, as most of you know i am new to the whole guppy thing. Today I came home from the office to find that one of my male (i think he was male) guppies took a good beating.

He's lost most of his tail fin, and anal fin. Obviously he's swimming kinda funny which looks likes hes paralized a bit.

I also have what looks like to be a female whos missing part of her tail fin also.

In the tank I have 2 males and 4 females along with 4 neons.

My question is, will the fish survive?

On another note, the female in question has been swimming on the top of the tank for 2 days now and i have not noticed her swim down.

i have not seen them picking on any of them but I cannot rule it out.
