White Spot then Death! What's goin on with my guppies?

Hi guys, in the last 2 days I have lost 2 guppies. The first and second due to them getting their fins shredded (both were male). Today I come home to find that my 3rd (and last male) is not doing so well.

His tail fin was bright orange, now it's only half orange. It looks as if he's losing color and fins.

I have also noticed that there now is a big white spot on his mouth and the base of his tail fin is white. I actually did see the same thing (except for the mouth) on the other guppy that died.

I have attached some pics, if anyone knows what this is and how to treat please let me know.

anyone??? just an update... his fin is much worse since the last post. Also the white spot on his mouth covers all of his "lips" now.

I'm thinking maybe fungal currently treating tank with Maracyn and Maracyn-2. Can someone give me some advice?
