I would start at around one bubble every two seconds and go from there. Monitor the pH drop and adjust accordingly. Make sure your KH is at least 3 degrees to avoid any chance of a pH crash.
The amount of CO2 you'll need to inject is dependant on how well you get it diffused in the water column. Tank size and plant mass should also be taken into consideration.
