Woo hoo! Got my plants today for my 40gal. I decided to go with the 48 plant assortment from aquariumplants.com. It was perfect! I'm glad I didn't decide to go with the larger assortment.
Lots of growing to do. I'm sure I'll change the arrangement a lot in the first few weeks.
The assortments from aquariumplants.com are random picks so you don't really know what you're getting. That's fine with me since I never really know what I want.
This is my second assortment from aquariumplants.com and they always seem to toss in a surprise or two. This time I got a small Crypt crispatula and what I think is a green Ozelot sword, both well on their way to becoming real eye catchers. The package also included one large Crinum thaianum (onion plant), a first for me. The assortment of Crypts and Anubias are all fairly small and will work as my foreground plants for the time being.
Anyway, just had to share. Happy day!
