Bloated, shaking Fantail - PLEASE HELP
I have a fantail who is very old and for the past two days he has been at the botton of the tank shaking with his mouth going 90 miles per hour, i thoughT he looked a little fatter than normal but he appears to be swelling up, his scales are now raised as a result. I've done a partial water change and I've added some aquarium salt. I've tried frozen peas in case he was a little bunged up - but he is not eating. what do I do? is he about to kick the bucket or can i do something to help him? PLEASE HELP !
