What size do you have?

I have about 60 in my 10 gallon, but they are getting shipped next week before they get any bigger cause the tank is way overstocked and I have to constantly change the water

I have 2 Magenta 2 Purple and 2 Jade Mysterys on the way for my 20, I think you will be fine with 5.

MAKE SURE you add crushed coral to your filter in a media bag of some sort it will keep the water hard (good for goldfish) and provide calcium for the snails. Expecialy if you are injecting Co2. And you generaly won't have to worry about PH swings or dosing ph buffers every day I'm atualy using it in ALL my tanks now to keep the PH about the same as my tap water.

If you don't think the crushed coal will disolve fast enough (you have high hardness and PH already) you might consider dosing calcium. This will keep help keep there shells healthy and develop beautiful flawless shells.

Ya I am guilty of over crowding...

I was selling them to the LFS but they killed the last batch of 50 I gave to them and I feel too guilty to send my little friends to their graves for a couple bucks. So I'm temporarily overstocked with them.

So now I'm trading for them on applesnail.net you could check there for detailed into on these guys, and check the snail exchange about the jades.

I have never sceen the Magenta light striped, Purple dark striped, or Jade either, so I'm pretty curious as to what they are going to look like.

The general rule is 2.5 gals of dedicated water per adult brig. That means 4 snails per 10 gals.
