I don't think theres any FW rays in florida, and why would you wan't to get another ray if they uproot your plants(and your selling your flower ray because of that)?

Florida's freshwater rays are restricted to the St. Johns river system. Check it out here: http://www.ecofloridamag.com/archived/stingrays.htm and here: http://www.sms.si.edu/irlspec/Dasyat_sabina.htm

They're classed as the same species found in nearby saltwater areas. Dasyatis sabina is a pretty plain ray, just brownish or grayish above and dirty white below. An interesting fish to keep, but not very showy. Good luck finding any, BTW.

if ud have read that all teh way through it says they are atlantic stingray which are 99% saltwater those arnt the ones ive heard of down here ill find out and post

As far as I know, the only "Florida freshwater stingrays" in existence are freshwater populations of Dasyatis sabina, the Atlantic stingray.

Of course you would have all the legal permits from Fish & Wildlife for collecting and exporting native species?
