Need help! Filter broke, have sick fish

Well, I'm new here, but I seriously need some advice in what to do about the dilemma I am in right now. Help to one of my questions would be great, but I just need help.

I have three 10 gallon tanks -- two of them (which I'll call Tank 1 and Tank 2) are established, and one of them is not cycled completely yet (only been a week, but still has high levels of ammonia). Here's the deal: two days ago, an electrical shortage occured overnight and fried up the filter's motor on Tank 1, which contained two female bettas, a white molly, and a pregnant sunburst platy. When I woke up in the morning, I came to find Tank 1 completely filthy with yellow water, so I transfered all of the fish on Tank 1 to Tank 2, which has other fish as well. I bought another filter for Tank 1 right away and now have it cycling. Since Tank 2 has some accompanying male fish that would definately like my females, I put a tank divider to temporarily segregate the fish for a while, as well as a breeder's net for my sunburst platy. Very crowded indeed, but now here's the problem.

Yesterday night, I found definate signs that most of my fish from Tank 1 were now pretty sick. I'm certain that my white molly now has Ich (white specs covering all of her fins), and at first both of my female bettas were not as active as before, both having some traces of blood on their fins. I did a 50% water change in hopes of helping my bettas until I could go to the LFS. Today, I went and bought some medication for Ich, and came back to find one of my female bettas (which I've named Yuna) just allowing herself to be caught on the filter, only coming up for a breath of air and then allowing herself to get stuck to it again. My younger, 6-month old betta named Rosie is showing signs of playfulness again, in comparison to yesterday, so I can't really tell if she's sick or not. Their fins don't show any more signs of blood either. Not only that, my pregnant platy gave birth to approx. 50 little fries today. Perfect timing. :thud:

Here are my questions:

1) I have placed Yuna in a quarantine tank to monitor her, since she looks to be the most sickly, but have now noticed that her eyes are starting to bulge out. I'm thinking that she has popeye now. I have looked to see if Rosie has popeye as well, and she looks like she's developing it too, although I'm not certain because she's so little. Do I put Rosie in the same quarantine tank as Yuna and treat them at the same time, or do I need to buy another quarantine tank and treat her seperately? Is the dosage different since she is not a fully developed adult yet?

2) Now that my white molly is in the same tank as my healthy fish (as well as with my newborn fry), do I go ahead and treat the entire tank for Ich now, or do I take her out and only treat her? Or do I take her out and treat both the quarantine and the original tank as well?

3) Will any medication hurt my baby fry?

4) Will the tank divider affect the circulation of the medication if I do decide to medicate Tank 2?

5) Do I gamble on waiting for Tank 3 to completely cycle out to move my baby fry, or do I need to find another tank to put them in immediately, due to the presence of Ich/Popeye?

I know that this is a burden, and even though I'm practically spent, I'm going to go again to my LFS to buy some more quarantine tanks. I'm hoping that if there is anyone out there who could help me with even one piece of advice, I would most definately appreciate it. Thank you.

ok here is what you do. Return the medication if you did not open it. Read the ich article on this website (under articles in the forums) and use the table salt method to treat the ich. Treat all exposed fish. Next go out and buy a packet of Marineland Bio-spira or Seachem Stability. I've had success with both of them though bio-spira seems to work faster for me to get the tank cycled again. Don't use medication on the ich as salt is a lot less harsh and will help not only in curing the ich but reduce the affects of nitrites from the cycle

Hope this helps.
