To any keepers in the UK i strongly advise against purchasing fish from www.coralfarm.co.uki made this mistake ordering 3 corals as well as some fish totalling over £120.
i requested my delivery date and asked that if this was not possible for James Donald of Coralfarm to call me and re arrange. The livestock arrived a week after the date requested all of it dead after sitting in a depot for a week.
after some discussion a redilevery was arranged for the following week. a month went by and nothing came. i got back in touch finally hearing back via email after numerous left answerphone messages and many emails that a refund would be sorted out. 3 months have nowpassed since the refund was agreed to. i have not recieved my money back and Coralfarm and James Donald are uncontactable.
if you are considering using this firm please think twice.
