Just moved from my Nano cube to a 15 gallon.. (including all the sand and the live rock) Added some more live rock/base rock.. And the biggest thing upgraded the lighting from a 10watt Floresent, to a 46 watt Compact Floresent.. So now I can actually have some of the nicer things in saltwater..
I have 1 2 inch yellow tale damsel, very passive and not agressive, and some snails and some hermet crabs, along with 1 normal crab (the long leg sifter type, I gotta look up the name)..
I'd really love to get some activity going on, I have lots of the purple kind of alge covering the old live rock (apparently 10 wats for 5 gallons was enough heh) but now that I have the lighting power I'd love to get some of the more interesting red, and some mushrooms maybe?
I'd also would love for a clownfish or something. At least 1 more fish, because the damsel in there looks lonely
So does anyone have some recommendations where I can get some of these things? I have terrible luck with liverock around here, and I'm really not sure what kind of pollups or whatnot I can get..
Also anyone in the Allentown PA area who'd like to sell a lil peice of seeder Liverock?
Also, what can I expect from my current live rock with the new upgraded lighting then what I saw with the low level lighting?
