New ?:What are these "blisters" on my plants?

I just replaced my incandescent lights with 2 10W compact flourescent lights on my 10 gallon. All of a sudden I have noticed what look like blisters on the leaves. It looks like the lights are burning them? I asked my LFS and they were no help and said it couldn't be the lights. He said maybe it was the plant producing O2?

All I know is that the plants didn't do this until I changed the bulbs and my plants in my 125 do not have this problem.

Anyone ever seen this?

ok, now i feel pretty stupid. i went to take a picture and touched the "blister" and it came right off. I think it is an egg sack from my snails, lol.
