I want to know your expert's opinion on this. Will the following number of fish overstock my 20g tank? Or is it border line?

7 tiger barbs
2 kribs
3 panda corys

Yes. Currently, I have 5 TBs and I would like to add more as many as the bio-load capcity of the tank allows me to do so.

It should be OK, as far as stocking goes, but not for compatibility. Kribs will get very agressive when breeding, and I tend to not trust tiger barbs with any fish that has, more finnage than another tiger barb or a tetra would have.
