Ok this is weird.I moved my taiwan reef to a Qtank about 1 week ago because i noticed that he/she(doesn't have any coloring but it is only 2") wasn't eating. I had this happen to one of my Lab.pearlmutts that turned out to be parasites so i thought i would medicate.
I have added internal parasite meds to the tank for the past 4 days.Today i looked and she was eating,i thought that was wierd and decided to keep watchign her. I noticed a couple babies floating around. Now i'm really happy but i don't know where the babies came from. I don't have another taiwan reef in that. I have 3 pearlmutts,1 red empress,2 peacocks(1 male 1famale) and 1 hap electra. Hwere did the babies comes from?
i have a theory,i noticed that one of my female pearlmutts wasn't eating a while back and saw what looked like soemthign in her mouth. THe next day i checked and she was better.I jsut thought she swallowed the eggs. AMybe she spit and the taiwan reef picked the up?does this happen?
Now for the important part, how do i feed the babies? they don't stick together much and are scattered all over the tank. There is still meds in teh tank so i'm going to have to fix that.
