I have a 20 gallon tank with 4 zebra danios, 3 panda corys and 1 short-finned betta. Last night, we added a dwarf gourami. In the morning, the betta had his fins torn in 2 places and one of the danios has a big red wound on his gill. Should I get rid of the gourami or will he settle down with time? How should I treat the betta and the danio? Help!

You added a semi aggressive fish to an already established tnak, I suggest you remove all your fish and change the decor and plants around before re introducing the fish to the tank, they all will have to re establish new territories. I had the same problem with gouramis, every time I added a new one, I had to force the tank into rethinking its territoriality otherwise the gourami would fight all for the best spot.
good luck. you might also want to islolate your fish in an isolation tank in the aquarium itself, so that all the fish and your gourami get aclimated to one another. IMO the decor move is best.
