the media bags that I removed from my filter was really dirty so I rinsed it and dumped out all the media in it. After cleaning it and letting it dry the media bags were red in color , I have no I dea how they turned red but when the bags were done drying they still stink so do you guys think that if I were to soak it in a solution of one part bleach to 3-4 part water will the red color and stink smell be gone or is there another way of cleaning it?
