Are the snails that come with plants completely aquatic? What I'm asking is would it be possible for the snails to escape the tank?

The only ones I've seen come out of the water regularly are the tiny oval-shaped pond snails. Apple snails climb reeds or cattails to lay their eggs, but otherwise stay in the water. I've never seen any of my trumpet or ramshorn snails above the water line.
