ick treatment with critters?

can I treat ick in a tank that has a dwarf frog and a ghost shrimp? The fish are beginning to show signs of ick-flashing on the decorations, but when I get close to the tank, they won't stay still enough to see any spots-they are begging for food, like I don't feed them enough!!!
Anyways, I'm wondering if and how remedies will effect the crittere in the tank.

You'd remove the shrimp before medicating anyway, because shrimp can't carry Ich.

Draw up a chair and watch your fish. Are they flashing, to show their gills are itching?

I can't remove the shrimp, my other tank has ick, and I'm afraid my dojo loach would eat him, anyway. and yes they are flashing, but not too much.

So how would I ttreat this tank with the critters? would I need to do half doses because of the frog or shrimp?
