hey all

iv just got a red tailed red eye puffer. I was told this is the tamest of puffers but as soon as it was in my tank it started attacking my mollies and neons. any tips? also was wondering do these fish inflate like other puffers?

and how do you sex these fish and can i get another?

and i was looking to get another couple of intresting species for my community tank, any ideas?

i have 2 mollies, 8 neons, 1 puffer, 1 common plec

Puffers are not community fish. They need to be kept in species only tanks. He will nip your other fish to death if he can catch them and they will hog all the food. I suggest you get him his own tank ASAP or your fish will history.

He also needs a good supply of snails to eat so that his teeth do not overgrow.
