What would be some good companions for:

10 Neon Tetras
6 Zebra Danios
4 Otto Algae Eaters
2 Cory Albino Catfish

29 Gallon Aquarium.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i would increase your shoal of corys, possibly some different tetras, live bearers, some barbs, different danios...the choice is almost literally endless these days.

a couple more cories would be nice. You could also get some dwarf grouamis in there to. I powder blue one would look good with those neons.

IMO, a nice small school (4 or more) of some Checkerboard barbs would go very nicely with the set up you have.

They have a very peaceful temperment and they stay small. The colors vary from fish to fish, but they are a nice looking fish.

They are quite active and are very undemanding.
I keep my 6 in my 20 gallon long fry tank to keep the bioload going while I'm in between fry broods. They have shared the tank with all sorts of fry and Juvies.

Great fish.

Here's a few pictures of mine that I just snapped this morning with the digital camera.
