Help....pleco Has A Disease???

Looks like fin rot. Melafix works well. Is this a common pleco? What size tank is he in? (you may have a monsterously big fish in a while)
 
His stomach is rather concave as well and you have no substrate. What are you feeding him? I don't see any algae for him to eat. My concern is that if he is sick and doesn't have any food, he's not going to live at all.

thye reason he has no substrate is because he was moved to a hospital yank. I still drop in some zuchinni for him to eat and some algae wafers as well. HE was originally in a 29 gallon tank. Now he is by himself in a 10 gallon tank

Good, good. Whew! You're feeding him good then ;)

Can you get a close up of the -- they look like tumors or some sort of growth to me?
