Would this be over stocked?

I am currently running 5 different fish tanks and I want to condense down as much as possible. The big tank which I havn't yet added anything to is a 55 gallon. I am unsure whether this would really work or not and figured i would get some input. Here is a list of the fish that would be put in the 55 gallon:


2 gold gourami
8 female guppies
2 black mollies
4 dwarf platies
5 zebra danio
6 serpae tetra
6 silver tip terta
