you would be fine if it werent for the cories. at first the rams and cories might get along (mine did) but after awhile the rams will start killing off the cories. If you get rid of the cories then go for it otherwise don't or the rams will get rid of the cories for you.
for some it works, for some it doesn't. Mine were fine for months then all of a sudden my ram started harrassing my one corrie until it finally died after a few weeks. I thought maybe he just didn't like that one since he didn't bother the otherones. but once that one was dead he took to chasing anotherone until it died. eventually all my cories were dead. I've heard of people that it works for, but I've hurd a lot more that it didn't.
You can give it a shot novatulip, but don't have too high of expectations.
Before I can vote yay or nay I think god61021's question is a valid one. Sometimes aggression is amplified by lack of space. What size tank are we talking here?? How is it aquascaped??
