Injured fish

I have a 2 inch tetra named Mick. He was injured by an ornamental
diver that slammed a trunk lid on him. Mick is swimming in a jack knife
position.

I am a newbie and I don't know if there is a merciful way to euphanize
Mick- regretfully it may come to that.

The diver is history.

I havent had to do it to a fish yet but I hear some people here just freeze them in a bag of water

Mick is still not doing well and now is not eating.
