Anybody use the System 1 diatom filter? I just got mine, and the stupid thing keeps leaking water every where. Perhaps I got the O-ring on incorrectly? How is it supposed to be put on? I'm sure the jar is on tight enough; a few times it was on so tight I had to use two hands and strain myself to unscrew it.

I just got one today, I had the problem until I noticed the filter bag was ever so slightly sticking out. That might be the problem.
