german blue ram help

i had what i think is a female (black stripes and blue shine) and i added another blue ram that was more yellow which i think is male, since i added him the females got a bright red belly, is this a disease or something?

no, the bright red belly is a sure sign that that fish is a female, she is probably getting reddy to spawn.

if you haven't increase protein .it is generally a good idea to start that.

they need the extra protein for spawning.
other than that..let nature take it's course and see what happens..

Don't need to do anything, like star rider said if you are just feeding flakes or something, add some frozen bloodworms into there diet.
