Finally took pictures of my tank *pic heavy*

I finally replaced my old camera with a new SLR so was able to experiement with it last night. I only have 2 fish in here right now due to an ick explosion which is now under control and the 2 survivers are happy and healthy. So here are the pics :-)

nice!

Nice....what also will help is if you get a tripod. I have a SLR Rebel XT and a crappy tripod unfortunately but what I do is set the camera up and then set the program to AV. Put the f/stop value to 5.6 or somewhere around there. Then set the white balance to cloudy or shade and the ISO to 200. Then set the timer and press the button. If there's enough light, then the camera should take the picture relativly fast but if not, then your fish will come out blurry but the tank will come out looking pretty clear.

you should get more gups to start restocking the tank.
