When you buy live plants from a fish store are you supposed to take them out of the little black plastic baskets they are in or keep 'em in their? If the plants you buy don't come with a little basket thingy what do I do?

Ya, take the basket and rockwhool off.

No worries if it didn't come with it.

Plant everything gently and in same plant bunches.

I keep the peat in since it helps anchor the roots and prevents the fish from digging the new plant up. The plastic basket can go.
