I have 9 cardinal tetras in a heavily planted 20L gallon aquarium w/ 2 small angelfish, 2.5 watts per gallon/co2, fertilizer...I noticed my tetras have ich. Temp is about 78 degrees right now. Do I treat with normal ich medicine? my ph is about 7.0, ammonia is low and I have 1 small air pump for the fish. I know ich isnt serious but I am worried about my plants and fish-what do I do??? Help!

thats the master ich article. It says hardy plants should be OK, but sensitive ones might not be. The best thing you could do, although it may not be available to you, is to move ALL the fish to a hospital tank capable of holding them for an extended period of time, and using the salt treatment defined in the article. The planted tank must reamin fish free for the entire life cycle of the parasites(over a month), and the ich will die off in the tank
